Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. The role demands expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY services. You will support DIY customers, perform installations/tests, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

3–5 years in automotive parts with a customer-service mindset is preferred. ASE P2 certification or readiness is advantageous, with valid driver’s license required. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide DIY sales experience for in-store visits and calls.
• Meet personal and store sales and service goals.
• Handle DIY services like battery tests and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder duties: assign tasks, safety, open/close.
• Support inventory: truck put away, cycles, back stock.
• Keep store clean: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting.
