Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in the United States is seeking a Retail Parts Pro, a professional level sales role with expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts and DIY services. You will assist customers in person and by phone, source parts and support advanced identification and troubleshooting for DIY projects.

This full-time position requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, valid driver’s license, and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Ability to source from multiple channels (special orders) and manage transactions.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Assist DIY customers in-store and by phone; provide GAS2 selling experience.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety.
