Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to support advanced DIY services and inventory operations. The role requires deep knowledge of automotive systems, parts lookup, and strong customer service skills.

The candidate should have 3-5 years in automotive parts with a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred. This is a full-time position with potential for growth and weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
