Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to join our in-store team in the United States. You will use advanced parts knowledge and store systems to assist DIY customers, perform services, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

The role requires experience with automotive parts, strong customer service, and ability to work varied shifts. ASE certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts and selling in a DIY environment.
• Able to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Proficient with basic math and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
