Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide GAS2 selling experiences for DIY customers and handle advanced parts knowledge and store systems.

The role requires strong customer service, inventory and POS proficiency, and the ability to perform hardware services such as battery installs and wiper replacements, while meeting sales goals and supporting open/close duties as a key holder. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and DIY services.
• Ability to use store inventory and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
