Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. You will handle in-store and phone interactions, source from special orders and assist with battery testing, installations, and parts lookup.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work across days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including open/close tasks.
