Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with advanced parts knowledge and store systems expertise. You will identify parts, assist with battery installations, and provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability across days, evenings, and weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory; position includes key holder duties.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock management.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment; source from multiple channels.
