Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to apply expert parts knowledge and superior service for DIY customers in-store and by phone. You will assist customers with parts lookup, source from multiple suppliers, and help with general store operations.

3–5 years of automotive parts experience preferred; ASE certification is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required. Flexible scheduling including weekends may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience required.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and parts lookup.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
