Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert automotive parts knowledge and high-level customer service in a busy store. You will handle DIY services, source parts, and help customers locate items to meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong communication skills, and the ability to work various shifts including weekends. ASE certification is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer transaction fulfillment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
