Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team. The role combines expert parts knowledge, proficient store systems use, and in-depth DIY service capabilities to assist customers both in-store and by phone.

You will work toward sales goals, manage battery tests and wiper installations, and support inventory and store upkeep. A driver’s license and ASE readiness are preferred, with flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in parts fulfillment.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting).
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
