Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts sales. You will leverage expert store systems knowledge and automotive part knowledge to assist DIY customers in person and by phone.

This full-time role includes key holder duties, inventory tasks, and providing battery installations, testing, and wiper services, with focus on friendly service and accurate parts lookup.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• English literacy required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance; perform key holder duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain cleanliness.
