Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. The role focuses on advanced parts knowledge, DIY services, and high levels of customer interaction. You will operate store systems, assist customers via phone and in person, and support inventory control.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability in customer transactions
• Must have valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Perform key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties)
