Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in the United States seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, store systems, and automotive troubleshooting. This full-time role covers in-store and phone interactions, battery testing, wiper installs, and parts sourcing.

You will work with team members to meet sales goals, maintain store appearance, and handle essential duties as a key holder. ASE certification is preferred; valid driver's license required; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have knowledge of safety rules, parts catalogs, and proper handling of tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
