Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to help DIY customers with expert product knowledge, in-store services, and accurate parts lookup. You will handle advanced sales, inventory tasks, and support store operations with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3-5 years of auto parts experience, ASE preferred, valid driver's license, and ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. This full-time position offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Able to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety instructions.
• ASE certification preferred or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain clean, safe premises.
