Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert part identification, store systems, and advanced automotive knowledge. This full-time role includes battery and wiper installations, driving store sales, and delivering exceptional service.

You will handle inventory tasks, assist with cycles counts, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. Prior auto parts experience and a valid driver’s license are helpful; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales or service.
• Ability to identify parts and source from multiple channels.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone interactions.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Manage inventory, cycles counts, and back stock as needed.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance and safety; act as key holder.
