Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider, seeks a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to support advanced DIY sales and inventory management. This full-time role requires expert store systems knowledge, automotive parts knowledge, and strong customer service skills.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• ASE certification preferred but not required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Experience with inventory processes and store systems

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock)
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
