Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales, batteries, wiper installs, and part sourcing. You will work with DIY customers in person and over the phone, using store systems to locate parts and fulfill orders while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires knowledge of automotive systems, strong selling skills, and the ability to manage inventory and use POS/parts lookup systems. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities including task assignment and safety.
