Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts sales. You will leverage in-depth automotive knowledge, perform battery tests, wiper installations, and assist customers in identifying and sourcing parts through multiple channels.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends, with a focus on meeting sales goals and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; strong customer relationships are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance; perform key holder duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate inventory and POS systems; source parts across multiple channels.
