Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• AES certification preferred, not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in store and by phone.
• Hit personal and store sales and service targets.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder responsibilities (safety, opening/closing).
• Assist with inventory processes and store cleanliness.
• Perform DIY services including battery installation and testing.
