Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. The role combines advanced parts knowledge with expert store-system use to support DIY customers, including battery testing, wiper installations, and other services.

You will handle parts lookup, inventory processes, and provide top-tier customer service while maintaining store standards. The position requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Proven sales experience with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and use inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
