Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to support advanced DIY services and parts sales.

You will leverage in-depth product knowledge, diagnose customer needs, and perform services like battery installation and testing, wiper replacements, and simple diagnostic guidance with help from our store systems. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of automotive parts sales experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with POS and inventory processes.

Formación

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and DIY services.
• Experience with store inventory and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Meet sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery testing and wiper installations.
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as key holder.

Advanced automotive parts knowledge

Store systems proficiency

Customer service orientation

Bilingual English/Spanish (plus)
