Qualifications

• Ability to use store tech and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on the phone.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery testing and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Hold key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
• Assist in inventory processes and stock parts as needed.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems; ensure safety practices.
