Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced parts knowledge and DIY customer services in our store. You will assist customers with parts selection, perform basic DIY services, and uphold store appearance and service standards.

The role requires strong product knowledge, inventory handling, and familiarity with store systems. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends is expected, and ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and ability to provide expert DIY guidance.
• Experience with automotive parts and systems knowledge is essential.
• Ability to locate and source parts from various channels and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
