Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts identification. You will work with store systems, provide expert product knowledge, and assist customers in person and by phone to meet sales and service goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong communication, and the ability to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends. ASE certification is preferred, with a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
