Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, parts knowledge, and store operations. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems and automotive diagnostics to assist DIY customers.

Responsibilities include delivering strong customer service, achieving sales goals, and handling key holder duties. ASE certification is preferred and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail or DIY service roles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Familiarity with store inventory and parts lookup.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experiences for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist with inventory processes and back stock.
• Support opening/closing responsibilities as key holder.
