Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with advanced parts knowledge and seamless service. The role requires strong product and inventory understanding, effective sales skills, and reliable store operations.

You will perform parts lookups, assist in- store and over the phone, and work a schedule that includes weekends as needed. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• ASE P2 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• English speaking and writing; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment.
