Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers in-store and by phone. You will utilize store systems and have advanced automotive parts knowledge to identify, source, and advise on parts and services.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate parts lookup, and efficient handling of duties like inventory, opening/closing tasks, and minor DIY services. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to locate and stock automotive parts quickly and accurately.
• Familiarity with store systems and parts lookup is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
