Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, including parts identification, troubleshooting, and sourcing from multiple channels. The role emphasizes high-level customer service and knowledge of store inventory and automotive systems.

The position requires strong communication, ability to operate POS and inventory systems, and availability to work varied shifts including weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems (engine, brakes, suspension, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, parts catalogs.
• Experience in driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Handle DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
