Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts identification in our store. You will assist customers in person and by phone, conduct battery testing, wiper installs, and related services, and help maintain store standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within a leading automotive aftermarket retailer.

Qualifications

• Customer service and parts knowledge essential.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and use inventory systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
