Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder duties: opening/closing, safety and task completion.
• Assist in inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
