Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert automotive parts knowledge and personalized service to DIY customers in-store and over the phone.

The role requires 3–5 years of parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license. You will handle parts lookup, support inventory processes, and assist with battery and other DIY services in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
