Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers in-store and by phone, applying deep automotive knowledge to identify parts and solutions. You will support sales goals, perform basic DIY services, and help maintain store standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of parts experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred, and you’ll work a schedule including weekends to meet customer demand.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Valid driver’s license required; ASE certification preferred.
• English speaking; ability to read parts catalogs and manuals; strong customer communication.

Mansioni

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance; perform key holder duties.
