The role focuses on delivering GAS2 selling, achieving sales goals, and performing DIY services such as battery checks, installations, and wiper replacements while upholding customer service standards and store presentation. 3–5 years of automotive parts experience is preferred, with ASE certification or readiness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience is required.
• Proven sales ability and experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Serve as a key holder with task assignment, safety, and opening/closing duties
• Assist in inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing
