Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and parts knowledge. You will use store systems and parts lookup to assist customers, perform DIY services like battery testing and wiper installs, and help manage inventory and store upkeep.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years automotive parts experience, strong sales ability, and ASE certification preferred. Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery testing and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: open/close duties.
• Assist in inventory: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
