Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge, advanced automotive system understanding, and top-tier service for DIY customers. This full-time role requires mastery of store systems, parts sourcing, and problem solving for complex requests.

You will perform DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs, support inventory processes, and help maintain store appearance while achieving sales goals and delivering a friendly customer

Qualifications

Must have experience in automotive parts and customer service.
Familiarity with parts lookup systems and store inventory processes.
Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
