Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts sales. You will leverage expert knowledge of automotive systems and store inventory to assist DIY customers in person and over the phone.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask across different systems. Valid driver's license and ASE certification are preferred, with full-time hours and on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail parts sales and fulfilling customer transactions.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and DIY services.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and operate store equipment.
• Experience using inventory and POS systems.
• Proven written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety.
