Job summary

Daksta seeks a Divisional Manager to lead the Data Centre - Project & Construction Management division, driving end-to-end data centre construction and project delivery with a focus on timelines, budgets, and quality.

You will mentor a team of project managers and engineers, manage client and vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in data centre or critical infrastructure project management.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for data centres.
