Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Manager to serve as the onsite owner's representative on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects in Georgia. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, driving safety, schedule, budget adherence, and quality while coordinating with engineering, commissioning, and operations to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of mission-critical construction experience, strong MEP knowledge, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience on data center construction for GC/MC/hyperscale environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite construction management representative throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate construction activities to align with scope, schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across disciplines.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Lead construction meetings and provide regular project status updates.
• Review drawings, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders; enforce change controls.

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Manager to support large-scale, mission-critical construction projects in the rapidly expanding data center industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects that support some of the world's most advanced technology environments.

This individual will serve as the onsite owner's representative, ensuring construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in data center construction, project management, and MEP systems while thriving in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite construction management representative throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee and coordinate construction activities to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, safety requirements, and quality standards
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across multiple disciplines
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution
• Lead construction meetings and provide regular project status updates
• Review construction documentation, drawings, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Enforce project controls and change management processes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, construction best practices, and operational requirements
• Partner closely with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing mission-critical construction projects
• Experience managing data center construction projects for a general contractor, mission-critical contractor, or hyperscale environment
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination
• Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project deliverables simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hyperscale data center construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience working on highly technical, large-scale infrastructure projects
