Job Description
The Divisional Vice President (DVP) of Microsoft Channel Sales is responsible for expanding insightsoftware's market reach through Microsoft's certified partners. This role involves growing existing reseller relationships and recruiting new Microsoft partners to sell and implement our solutions. The DVP will lead a team of channel managers and develop joint go-to-market strategies with strategic Microsoft channels. This position reports to the VP of Global Alliances & Partnerships and is remote.

Responsibilities

  1. Meet or exceed revenue bookings goals with Microsoft channels, a critical KPI.
  2. Grow existing Microsoft channel revenues by enabling partners' salesforces, executing joint GTM plans, and activating additional solutions.
  3. Recruit and activate new Microsoft partners aligned with insightsoftware's revenue and GTM strategies.
  4. Determine collaboration models with each partner to drive joint pipeline and revenue, executing action plans.
  5. Lead by example, ensuring the team of channel managers achieves their revenue goals.
  6. Analyze and report on partner performance and ecosystem health using BI tools; conduct review sessions to improve performance.
  7. Travel as needed (up to 40%) to build momentum with top Microsoft channels.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience leading revenue-focused partnerships with consistent goal achievement.
  • Minimum 4 years of people management experience leading channel sales teams.
  • Proven success in recruiting, activating, and scaling SaaS sales channels.
  • Experience with revenue partnerships in the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytics skills for sustainable growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Alignment with insightsoftware's core values: results-oriented, team-focused, disciplined, and growth-minded.
