Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is hiring a Divisional Training Manager for Beatrix locations in the Chicago area. The role leads hourly employee training, trainings and materials updates, and coordination with management across sites.

Qualifications

• 2 years of trainer experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Skilled in leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training, including orientation, initial training, tastings and ongoing development.
• Review, maintain and update hourly employee training and reference materials.
• Observe and update training systems and communicate observations with management.
• Attend management meetings and informational seminars as applicable.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and developing hourly staff.
• Teach ATS functions to managers and assist with execution of training compliance.
• Support GHS, food handlers compliance, and alcohol awareness training.
• Promote teamwork across all teams and handle guest/vendor/employee challenges with courtesy.
