Responsibilities

• Lead selling activities within the division, including resource deployment and customer interactions
• Be an expert of the housing market within their coverage area
• Generate occupancy marketing best practices within the division
• Utilize social media as a sales and occupancy tool, including supporting content creation, promoting available homes and communities, and identifying opportunities to generate leads
• Lead the sales territory representatives and specialists, inclusive of coaching, mentoring, and career development
• Collaborate with senior management to establish and execute sales goals
• Uplift the divisional sales volume to the highest possible level
• Identify trends that affect current and future growth
• Find new methods to reach peak occupancy
• Effectively and efficiently grow the division’s sales volume
• Assist the division in achieving operational excellence
• Train, teach, and develop sales team
• Sound knowledge of manufactured housing lender programs and options
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing
