Job summary

Beazer Homes USA Inc. is seeking a Division Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in Houston, Texas. The VP will drive financial performance and strategic planning by managing FP&A activities, overseeing budgeting, and supporting divisional growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, preferably in homebuilding or construction. This role requires expertise in financial modeling, leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial experience, with a strong background in homebuilding, real estate, or construction industries.
• Experience with land acquisition analysis, margin optimization, and cost management.
• High level of Excel knowledge, Hyperion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs FP&A activities and works with CFO on strategic analysis.
• Lead due diligence on corporate acquisitions.
• Reviews, analyzes and consolidates monthly financial forecasts.
