Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of senior leadership experience at VP or Division President level in homebuilding.
• Experience leading a residential construction division with P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of land acquisition, development, entitlement, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the division, including strategic planning, financial performance, operational execution, customer satisfaction, associate development, and long-term market growth.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, community strategies, and performance objectives that align with company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead, recruit, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing division leadership team across key functions.
• Ensure organizational structure, leadership depth, and talent pipeline support current operations and planned growth.
• Oversee revenue, profitability, margins, starts, closings, backlog, cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction to meet business objectives.
