Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our patient- and family-centered care team in Philadelphia, PA. You will apply the nursing process to create and implement individualized plans of care, collaborate with an interprofessional team, and ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

This full-time 36-hour-week position requires strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• PA RN license is required; licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; critical care/ICU experience preferred.
• Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
