Job summary

Jefferson Health in East Norriton, PA seeks a professional nurse to apply the nursing process to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of diverse patients. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the care team, integrate evidence-based practice, and participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives while guiding discharge planning and education.

Active RN license in PA, BSN preferred, ICU experience preferred, and rotating shifts are included to support

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred; degree within 3 years of hire preferred.
• Active RN license in state of practice (Pennsylvania).
• ICU RN experience strongly preferred.
• BLS and AHA certifications required.
• Patient- and Family-Centered Practice knowledge.
