Reliance Worldwide is seeking an Assistant Operations Controller to support the Operations Controller and lead cost accounting, standard costing, and financial controls across the Americas manufacturing footprint. The role emphasizes partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to drive performance and accurate reporting.

Formación

• 5-10 years of experience in a related manufacturing accounting function.
• Material experience in consumer goods manufacturing or related industry with a strong public accounting skillset in a complex, international corporation.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards (AAS) and/or IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Bachelor's and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Active CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end close process for all manufacturing and distribution sites across the Americas region.
• Oversee accounting related to factory and distribution center operations, intercompany and externally sourced product.
• Develop, maintain and enforce inventory-related accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate annual P&L and Balance Sheet budget preparation for Operations.
• Partner with FP&A to explain budget/forecast variances and performance metrics.
