Universities of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking a Divisional Business Officer who will lead budget/financial management across Athletics, ADCO, Chancellor’s Office, and Finance & Strategy. Reporting to Budget Director, you will forecast and model finances and supervise two Unit Business Officers.

The role requires at least two years in budget development, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of professional experience in budget development, financial management and HR staffing support.
• Experience with basic accounting principles and data input and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Assist, advise, and guide staff on administrative issues, personnel matters, and budgets.
• Schedule logistics and secure resources using Workday for accounting, purchasing, budgeting.
• Develop and prioritize unit work plans within resource limits.
• Supervise two Unit Business Officers supporting Athletics and ADCO.
• Analyze data and trends; compile reports with recommendations.
• Implement policies to align with Chancellor’s Office and Finance & Strategy.
