University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking a Divisional Business Officer to lead budget, financial management, forecasting, and modeling across Athletics, ADCO, the Chancellor’s Office, and Finance & Strategy. You will supervise two Unit Business Officers and drive data-driven decisions to support campus operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in budgeting, financial management, and HR support, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with Workday.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience in budget development, financial management, and HR staffing support.
• Experience with basic accounting principles and financial data input.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Assist staff on budgetary problems and staff matters; provide recommendations.
• Schedule logistics and secure resources using Workday for accounting, purchasing, and budgeting.
• Develop, schedule and prioritize unit work plans within resource limits.
• Supervises two Unit Business Officers supporting Athletics and ADCO.
• Analyze data and trends; prepare progress reports with recommendations.
• Implement policies to align with Chancellor’s Office and Office of Finance & Strategy.
