Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in budget development, financial management, and HR staffing support.
• Experience with basic accounting principles and financial data entry/reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assists, advises staff on budgetary problems and personnel matters.
• Schedules resources and uses Workday for accounting, purchasing, and budgeting.
• Develops, schedules, and prioritizes unit work plans within resource limits.
• Supervises two Unit Business Officers supporting Athletics and ADCO.
• Analyzes data and trends; compiles reports with recommendations.
• Implements policies and procedures to align with Chancellor’s Office objectives.
