Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field.
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist credential.
• Minimum two years post-licensure supervise experience at top level.
• Five+ years leadership in behavioral health settings.
• Experience with Medi-Cal/CalAIM/Medicaid billing and compliance.
• Proven ability to supervise clinical staff and interns.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and consultation for divisional programs offering behavioral health services.
• Support Directors in program activities, service delivery, and strategic planning.
• Ensure regulatory and funder compliance including Medi-Cal/CalAIM/Medicaid.
• Lead divisional trainings on behavioral health best practices and compliance.
• Provide group/individual training, crisis intervention support, and analyze training needs.
• Monitor and report clinical outcomes aligning with standards and improvements.
• Assist with admin duties and statewide initiative implementation.
• Conduct program reviews and quality assurance to maintain care standards.
• Offer clinical supervision for specialty programs/interns and licensure adherence.
• Maintain knowledge of community resources for referrals and collaboration.
• Host meetings with leadership to address clinical issues and promote person-centered care.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to improve service delivery.
